Why Choose Us

High Technology Office

High Technology Office

Dr. Kim at Dental Design Studios stays up to date with the latest technologies. We use 3D xray imaging and facial scanning to diagnose problems and to plan your future treatment. We use intraoral scanners to take digital impressions so no more goopy impressions. Dr. Kim has multiple 3D printers and laboratory grade dental mills to fabricate everything from night guards and permanent crowns to full arch zirconia teeth replacements. We also offer LANAP laser gum treatment.

Comprehensive Treatment

Comprehensive Treatment

Here at Dental Design Studios we provide a wide variety of dental treatments so you don’t have to visit multiple offices and see multiple providers to take care of your dental needs. Dr. Kim has training in comprehensive orthodontics, full mouth rehabilitations and dental implants. Dr. Kim places dental implants and restores implants. We can treat a single tooth problem, or reconstruct your whole mouth with dental implants and teeth that do not come in and out. Some people are tired of constant dental problems, a tooth breaking here, and then another breaking there. We can treat all your problems at once so your mouth is balanced, healthy and strong. This can all be done under sedation so you are relaxed.

Oral Sedation

Oral Sedation

Oral sedation is a great option to relax during your dental appointment. Typically one pill is taken the night before your dental treatment so you are well rested, and one pill is taken one hour prior to your dental treatment. Oral sedation may take some time to take effect because it is ingested. Oral sedation can make you relaxed, groggy, and may help you fall asleep during the procedure.

IV Sedation

IV Sedation

Dr. Kim is certified in IV sedation and personally administers it. IV sedation is a great tool to get you sedated efficiently because medication is administered directly to the vein. IV sedation is safe because it allows Dr. Kim to titrate the medication. Your vitals are closely monitored during sedation.  IV sedation is used for bigger cases and many patients often comment that they didn’t remember a thing. You will need a driver with either sedation option.
